Was browsing food blogs and I read that in Eastern Europe cats milk cheese has been made since the middle ages. Apparently it's a highly prized delicacy. Not surprising since a cat wouldn't produce much milk. The Siberian cat has particularly rich milk apparently. It wouldn't be cruel if cats were treated well and trained to be milked (or saved from being put down).

I'm a bit suspicious of those articles as they appear to be embellishing too much. However, the Europeans have horse meat sausages which isn't a thing in Australia. We milk cows, goats, horses, so why not? It piqued my interest.
Would you like to try artisan cat milk cheese?
no, i don't like cheese.
