AU 11 is not small, it's slightly higher than average, you also have to keep in mind that they are probably going to be a bit oversized as people usually wear socks with shoes, so if you are usually an 11 you might be a 9 or a 10 in these.
size 13 is what I want so it's no for me.
Proper Uggs will stretch. You want a firmish fit to start with as they will inevitably stretch.

great ugg boots, bought a pair last year and I work from home 4 days per weeks, and they still have some life left …. but have been waiting for these to be on special again as they have a non slip sole …..
these are slightly shorter than my existing pair, but hey maybe the mid height ones will also come up on special.

Any difference in quality compared to the ugg Australia version? I know the ugg au ones are completely aussie made, but objectively speaking, is there any real difference? Would like a 2nd pair and not sure which to get.
Because this company advertises basically every day, I have read that the sole peels off after a short time. They also seem to have an issue with fulfilling orders
+1 for the sole peeling off. The second layer of the sole is not solid. As soon as the bottom layer wears out (which is very quickly around the heels), they become useless, soak up water and make noise with every step.
Personally, I've worn mine daily during winter months and after almost two years, they are still intact. I haven't had an issue.
yes ….. these ones have a rubber non-slip pattern on the sole along with foam , the ugg Australia ones are just foam and slippery when on wet surfaces ….. wear mine for work from home 4 days per week…and short shopping trips to get takeway, milk, etc ….still going well though a bit dirty.
These guys are just awful - lie about size and if theres any issue they give you irrelevant bot form replies. Their powerseller status is a way to pay to avoid negative feedback
