Where are the Prime Day SSD deals?

I can't seem to find any good deals on the Amazon Prime Day sales for SSD's - was I the only one expecting something? I'm finding all of the deals in general pretty underwhelming tbh.

In case anyone knows of a good deal. In particular, I am looking for

  • 2TB
  • m.2
  • NVMe
  • TLC (not QLC)
  • Probably DRAM too

Ideally:

  • Samsung 970 EVO Plus

But potentially anything in the mid-range section of this list:

I'll update if I find a good deal in case others are looking too :)

Haha thanks! Of course I've looked there but nothing good yet, mostly normal prices, nothing 'Prime Day' worthy :/

Historically from memory the prime day Storage deals are usually in the US and UK, so will appear when their prime days kick off.

    • Ahh interesting - good idea - thanks!

I looked for ssds and all I saw was obsure brands I'ver heard of before or same old brand name ssds at a higher price than the normal retailer. Think prime days are a con to shift shitty obsure stock

I've posted the best deal I've found so far here: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/712283

    • no good for me as I need 2,5" ssd not NVME as all my slots for NVME are full guess i shouldve clarified ssd

  • Right next to the GPU deals :(

  • I bought this one for $133.46 minus 14% cash rewards (4pm-6pm).

    • Nice - good choice! It is the one I mentioned/posted above :)

      • Oh thanks Jimmy.

The best Amazon deals are often NOT on Prime Day. I even think there are much better Amazon deals on Black Friday than Prime Day.

But the best prices are found in normal price fluctuations. Often only for very brief periods, honestly I think maybe only a few units are sold before the price skyrockets.
You just have to watch prices for the items you want regularly, it's as easy as keeping a tab open on your tablet and refreshing it.

Snagged many dirt cheap items this way.
