  I can see on Camels these are the lowest prices ever, just, however are they worth buying or anticipate the price reduces further with new models later in the year?

        Correct. Want to buy one as a gift but don’t know which to get, and as it isn’t required til September (or worse case December for Christmas), don’t know whether to expect these to be the best prices, ie if I can make a decision do you think it’s worth waiting for a further reduction, given this is the lowest they’ve reached..

          @handles1: I doubt if It gets cheaper than this, it would get significantly cheaper. Most likely is just like the series 6 to 7 transition where apple stop selling prior model altogether and you have to go second hand.

          So all that said, as long as you don’t mind having the outgoing model as a gift, but now at this price.

          @handles1: There weren't many sales on the 6 doing a search, main one being phone companies clearing out their cellular models in the days leading up to the Series 7 coming out and the Nike ones being cleared out last month.

          Apple tends to be very good at reducing supply before the launch of a new product, often them completely running out is the sign a new product is coming, so I wouldn't expect much. However it might be worth waiting for a new one, mixed with some JB hifi discount gift cards, to get a similar price on the Series 8.

    Apple usually make the most recent model unavailable. ATM you can only get series 7, SE and series 3 officially.
