It's a medium roast single origin and best suited for espresso brewing.

It boasts decadent notes of cherry, chocolate and turkish delight making this coffee great both black or with milk.

We've slashed 45% off to celebrate - sale ends Wednesday 12pm or until sold out! There's very limited stock so get in early.

We've got 1x 1kg, 2x 1kg and 3x 1kg sizes available starting at only $31.90 for 1kg including free shipping.

You can select between Australia Post and Couriers Please with our free shipping option, and upgrade to express shipping for $5 via Australia Post Express.

  I order sometimes from you guys and I was really happy with recent purchases. I didn’t like Airjo especially not their Sumatra blend.

        Less tongue in cheek, I bought a small bag of beans from a local roaster which I thought were incredible (tasted like banana and fruit maybe, idk I’m not a connoisseur haha). I use a French press. Currently getting through a bag from Airjo and less enjoyable however the roast is lighter so that might be the issue for me.

        Will probably go out and buy local again when we run out of the current bag. I like being able to talk to the roaster in person.

          @em: Don't run away from lighter roasts, that's often where you can find the funkier, fruitier and more fermented flavours. Airjo coffees are all along the darker espresso roast spectrum.

    Somewhat agree although Airjo express post is much better than this offer. If COC could improve their delivery offer at this price point I'd be a regular buyer.

    Ironically I find the coffee rarely arrives on cue.😂

    I'm with you! My initial COC purchase was not to my liking - but more recent purchases have been very much 'in the zone'.

    And yes, Airjo Sumatra blend just does not work for me (while their darker roasts have been very acceptable).

    You can only work out what you like by buying/trying. I've got several OzB coffee purveyors in my rotation and there was a bit of hit and giggle in working out what works for everyone as against blends and SOs that were more polarizing.

    Coffee is a wonderful adventure! A bit like wine :-)

  Feedback from recent offers (how I make it: espresso w/ alt milks)
  - Springtime was a miss for me (and others it seem as well)
  - Most recent winter blend was better but didn't quite hit the heights of the previous ones
