Must have 2 or more policies with budget direct… what a rort…

  • Promo code could not be found?

  • Please change the title.
As per your description, it’s a buy one get one free.

Also, got this error on their site -
“Promo code could not be found“

    • See Update/Notes added to post title.

Both codes says ' Sorry, there are not enough tickets available'

    • +2

It is movie and session specific, but they don't tell you which because they're incompetent.

For example, I found an Elvis session at 3:10pm that works with 2 tickets, but the 6:30pm sesson says not enough tickets available. Just have to click around until you randomly find something.

Seems unobtainable for me too, error messages

  • Has anyone signed up to 2 x Budget Direct insurance policies, gotten access to the perks, cancelled the policies straight away, and then the perks / account has been maintained?

For 20% off restaurants and the odd bogof movie ticket?…. nah

Got one, but it seems that ticket can be used not just on the selected days

    • But i used the ticket on different day than mentioned on the voucher. redeem the ticket online

How do you log into this shitty Budget Direct Movies website? I tried my BD account details and my BD Rewards details. Neither work. Which idiots created this?

    • Same issue here, I was targeted with the email but gave up trying to get it to work

    • +2

Agree it's pretty poorly implemented. I was having similar issues until i figured it out.

Login to your insurance policy account and make sure you've registered for Rewards.

Head to the Budget movies website and instead of login, try sign up.

From here it'll ask for your member number etc. Once done check your email to verify the email address. You should be good to go from here.

I picked up 2 tix for Hoyts. Although it asks to pick a session, it's pointless. A Hoyts voucher is emailed which you can redeem via Hoyts at any session except 2PM onwards on Sat and Sunday.

      Hope this helps

      • Correct and good additional points for troubleshooting.

I just signed up for 2 policies, but no tickets…

How do I cancel the policies?

    • +1

That’s an expensive movie trip you’ve got there

  • 2 policies to use this… :/

    • See Update/Notes added to post title.

  • Their system is not well integrated, non-intuitive process to claim. The saving grace is they seem to have just updated their phone app for Budget Direct Rewards so it functions, whereas last week the old app was not working at all. Hopefully can claim some deals from them now…

    • Were you able to source the tickets? See Update/Notes added to post title. Also see Nickelback's comment.

  • Anyone else spend around 23hours a day watching budget direct ads? The 1 hour I don't see or hear that annoying little Scottish man is when I overdose myself in an attempt to get away from him. I wake up in a hospital bed in horror to his voice yelling at me on the telly.
