    1TB is a desktop version
    750GB is portable/smaller (even though the online description says "desktop"….a bit confusing)

      The description of the 1TB drive doesn't mention that it comes with a power supply, so it looks like it's portable (in my understanding of portable/desktop)

        The answer to a question on the page clarifies that it comes with an AC power adapter so it is a desktop model. Can't have everything I guess?

  what sort of hard drive is inside these? i would rip these open for the hard drive only. are they 7200rpm's?
