Is anyone else have problems in redeeming Kogan gift cards?
Lunch time, I tried to redeem a Kogan gift card I purchased last year. I got the message redemption successful, but I could not see it in my account. I could not find their contact phone number, only can send an email. I got a very standard answer and told me I should get an email and where to look for gift card credit, but I have not get an email nor could I see the credit.
I really want to buy something today, so I redeemed another gift card I had tonight and I was told redemption successful, but I still cannot see it. Both gift cards are purchased from True reward, can I contact them?
There is no customer service at Kogan at all, that's why their share has dropped from $15 to $3.
Anyone has any idea on how to contact them? Is anyone else had this experience? What should I do? any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Update: I got a message from Kogan that my gift card has expired on 05/06/2022, but on my gift card expires date is 04/05/2024
