Tattarang Springs have made a unique hybrid GIN & CELLO, A hybrid of tailored gin with Bush Lemons and Raw red gum honey straight off the farm.

Our homage to the wonderful bush lemons that grow on the property. Small batch bush lemon infused Limoncello at 30% with loads of citrus, hints of juniper and naturally sweetened with our raw red gum honey.

    Interesting taste. Strong taste of lemon and honey, however it's very refreshing and easy to drink

    We enjoyed it quite a bit and will probs get another bottle or buy others from this company
