Hi,
I was wondering if someone with NAB can confirm what's the lowest Investment Property loan rate they are paying.
My folks have one, paying Principal and Interest at 3.5%, LVR is about 50%, have the same loan for about 15 years with NAB.
Trying to get an idea of what we expect from NAB as we go into negotiations.
Why not invest in something else instead. There ought to be a stigma to investment properties imo, considering it raises house prices and makes you politically invested in seeing house prices raised at election time. It's not like investing in a company; if you bought shares of a baby formula company it doesn't raise the price of the formula. Or when you buy gold, it makes gold more scarce when you buy some, but that doesn't affect anyone but other gold investors so there's no social harm in that.
