Customer service clusterfuuuck. Avoid.
How so? I haven't had issues with them. I had to wait a bit longer for tools to arrive from manufacturer, but that's about it. I was even able to collect what was available (as well as taking the last item off the shelf in one case) when I happened to be passing by the store.
I had to contact them last time I bought something with home delivery. They use Aramex which took about 6 weeks to deliver so I chased them up, and Aramex. I found Total Tools service to be actually good, they give you a ticket number and can respond to the conversation so it’s all tracked. Aramex delivered not long after.

Definitely a good deal. I have had a Milwaukee heated hoodie and have a Makita heated vest and they are very good.
Just be sure that it is a relatively close fit. If they are too loose they are less effective.
