Totally agree, its among the some of the best PC game soundtracks around that time, like total annihilation, rainbow six, starcraft, Heroes Might and Magic 3.

RA2 and Yuri's revenge were the best in the franchise, change my mind
Even better, steam workshop support so you can tweak the game to your heart's desire without having to edit the .ini files of olde.
