Looks like this product is on clearance since they have a new version out. Be aware that it is 1 metre long and I believe you have to screw into the table like most management bars. I have an omnidesk so the holes are already predrilled.

I'm guessing by screwing it into the side of the desk? The desk top would need to be an inch thick or more though.
Close. Desk is large (3.5m) and the ledges were screwed into the wall. The desk is also at the top of the stairs so the underside is visible when walking up - traditional cable management trays are ugly whereas the ledge is plain and the cables within are not visible
