was it + Delivered?
or is it + Delivery?
Delivery not included, appears to be approx $5 for delivery, within Victoria at least.
The first one + $5 delivery, the rest are free shipping.
$5 in Syd delivery too
$5 delivery to WA too
anything for $1 to make it $30 for challenge
There are some glass screen guards for about $1, but only pick up in store. If you have to pay the delivery, only 64GB one is worth buying.
Which challenge??
Samsung Pro Endurance vs EVO plus?
https://www.ple.com.au/Products/650978/Samsung-EVO-Plus-64GB…
Endurance for dash cams where it's constantly writing. Cameras etc Evo is sufficient
is 128gb sufficient? i mean i dont want to create an extended cut of the vision, but how far would that last, a months data?
appreciate if you know the answer.
I use a Viofo A129 Pro Duo with a 128GB card and at 1440p60 + 1080p30 I get close to 6 hours’ worth of video before it starts overwriting old files.
Edit: for me that’s about a week of regular driving.
Isn’t the SanDisk Extreme a better card for the price?
SanDisk Extreme microSDXC UHS-I Card, 128GB, with A2 Performance SDSQXA1-128G-GN6MA https://amzn.asia/d/fxH7VGg
The lower endurance cards are faster but have poor endurance. The endurance cards aren't as fast but they can handle a lot more writing. An extreme card will wear out very quickly. I wait for the Samsung endurance cards to go on sale as they have more endurance than the Sandisk ones.
The Samsung endurance cards have more endurance than the Sandisk endurance ones. I use them for my 24/7 cameras which require high endurance. Was waiting for these to go on sale. Missed the Amazon one today. Thanks OP for the Good Guys link. Max 3 per order.
BlackVue can take maximum 256gb card
These only go up to 128gb, is that what you use in the ccctv cameras?
What brand/kit do you have for the CCTV cameras
The SanDisk high endurance 256gb is rubbish in my blackvue 750S. 3 have had issues after a while that the samsung 128gb doesn't.
Samsung have recently released a 256gb Pro Endurance card.
I have 750s-2ch, (front/rear) set on extreme mode.
32gb just isn't enough, the 750s can take up to 256. I did just order the 128gb and see how that goes for recording time
@Spending2Much: It has nothing to do with the 750S being able to take up to 256GB. The problem is the Sandisk HE card and will cause issues so not much point getting it. Didnt even last 4000km of driving with parking mode rarely used. Hopefully the new Samsung 256GB wont have issues. 128GB gives 7hrs 20min in extreme according to https://blackvue.com/video-quality-settings-and-recording-ti…
@8azinga: The new Samsung 256GB card available in Australian stores yet?
Are these good for GoPro as well?
Yes, some say even better than vitamins
I use the Samsung endurance cards for all of my cameras. For the 24/7 ones I use the Xiaomi Da Fang cameras, cheap with pan tilt swivel. However, with 24/7 writing they chew through low endurance cards which wear out in weeks. They definitely need the high endurance cards. For my motion sensing cameras I use Reolink because they have free cloud recording. I still use the Samsung endurance cards in those for peace of mind even though they don't have intensive writing to the card. That's because most of them are outdoor cameras and the high endurance cards can handle the temperature extremes.
Do you use separate Reolink accounts for each of your devices to get free cloud for each? How do you easily view all of them?
is this good for macbook pro expandtions?
OMG, just found out that Samsung has new wear proof miroSD cards! https://news.samsung.com/global/samsung-unveils-new-pro-endu…
Wow "up to 140160 hours" = 140160÷24/365 = 16 years. Having had standard SD cards die in a dashcam, that sounds pretty great to me.
Order cancelled, no stock. 5-10 days for refund
Same, shame
I thought it said 'special order from supplier' or something like that when i checked early on and it has been replaced by a new version so its not surprising
You legend. Just got a dashcam last week. Ordered! Thank you op.
I went into my local HN and they price matched. Found out it was below their cost price but they sold them to me anyway. Feels good to one-up Gerry.
Has anyone received theirs?
Apart from the order confirmation, there were no updates from them and the status of my order history was in Backorder.
They do not reply to web enquiries, no reply to online chats, and calls to their 1300 number gets put on hold for more than 1-2 hours (I ended the calls as I had to go do something else).
By chance I managed to get an instant pickup when I tried calling them today at 4pm, and they couldn't provide me with any ETAs or information except it's being backordered.
I did not want to take the chance of being ignored by them again so I asked for an immediate cancellation and refund. Hopefully that gets processed.
Mind you I've submitted enquiries for my online issues before in the past and none were ever replied to. Usually got things resolved only after persisting through their 1 hour holds on the phone.
Really wary of dealing with TGG online delivery orders going forward. At least with pickup orders we can hassle the local store. Anyone had similar experiences with them?
Hi Valued Customer,
Thank you for your recent online order for the SAMSUNG 128GB MicroSDXC Pro Memory Card (MB-MJ128GA/APC).
We have received an overwhelming response for this product and unfortunately we are not able to secure stock at this time.
This email is to advise we have cancelled your order and have begun processing your refund.
You will receive confirmation of your cancellation via email. Please note, refunds usually occur within 3-5 working days.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
Kind regards,
The Good Guys.
I’ve had a few orders delivered ok since then, a couple slightly slow on dispatch though. I did also try to cancel this order but it seemed like the messages didn’t even go through. I certainly never got a response.
I received the same email as Spending2Much, only in relation to one of the cards I ordered, but I assume the whole order will be cancelled. Otherwise whatever turns up turns up, I didn’t spend enough to make me want to frustrate myself chasing them.
I messaged them few times with no reply or response at all. Forget trying to call. I tried that once. Just left the phone on speaker while I was doing chores round the house.
Happy to get my refund back, still nothing yet, but email says 3-5 days, so I'll wait and see a bit more.
Bet you can hum their on hold music by heart now eh? Paid mine with Afterpay and the refund is done.
Same, happy I was able to reach them and get a refund. I don't see how they would get any backordered orders fulfilled. I wonder how long it'd take for them to discover a bunch of unfulfilled orders before cancelling them. I reckon their online team has really bad processes.
"The original Samsung SD memory card you ordered through our website has become an ‘End of Life’ product and has just been replaced with a newer model (ill paste the link from our website below).
If that model is okay with you, we will send it out via toll as soon as we hear back from you. If the model isn’t okay with you, we will start the process of a refund.
Please let us know your thoughts,"

Well, contrary to previous email from the 19th, saying it had been refunded….and I would have funds 3-5 days after…with no refund received.
Seems now, they want to send it out to me
The Good Guys sent me this card?
https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/samsung-128gb-micro-sdxc-evo-…
Not the PRO ENDURANCE
I presume Pro Endurance is the better card of the two, especially for the BlackVue 750s-2ch dash cam….???
That one might not last long in a dash cam.
