They might not be the lowest price for purchasing the device only. But you get the free O-Team installation that Optus will send the technician to install them for you which cost a lot.

Usually an electricians costs $200 to $300 per visit and it depends on how many devices you want to install. Optus is giving away free installation for up to 9 devices.

Noted that the free installation is for select Sydney and Melbourne metro area only.

  Keep in mind the google nest cam battery is really easy to install. You can 100% Do it yourself.

  The hard wired flood light camera ones will be tougher.

  This is the same price as an google store - seems to be discounted everywhere, so not really a deal
  It is cheaper at $429 at officeworks
  Google Nest Doorbell (battery) is also $248 at officeworks

  What is standard installation? I reckon if you don't have an existing outdoor wiring it will not be considered standard and will be charged extra. Happy to be proven wrong

    Good point. The product pages and terms and conditions do say that electrical cabling and running new powerpoints isn't included, and will be charged extra. Still, a decent deal if you factor in the call out fee for a sparky

      Lol wtf you need an electrical cable to install the spotlight and they say it's excluded? Basically the install is just a swap over then. Replace an old floodlight with a new one
