    Had one and used it with my ihpone 12 pro max with case on. Phone flies off the stand occasionally from turns. Surprisingly I found those magnet stands that attach to the vent more reliable.

  Be wary of the round vent ones with the long prongs. I've had two within 6 months tear the plastic sleeve where the ball joint sits (and all the weight of the holder and phone hangs off), the sleeve comes apart and the springs jump out and the whole thing falls apart.

  Yes I have emailed Baseus on both occasion but not a single response - not even a "we've received your email". Tried two different addresses. They really don't care if something goes wrong with their product. I have photos.

  NOTHING WRONG with their rectangular ones with the short like alligator clip style - I've had one in my other car for ages so it's not like I'm bagging the whole of Baseus, but yeah be careful with the models I've described. It's not just a design fault, nobody is there to listen to the problem either.
