      After contacting them there, they then told me that their supplier has delayed the shipment.

      Though it'd be better if they had told us without needing a prompt.

  My final result from the last sale.

  Ordered 5 lipsticks for gifts that were advertised as a Mother's day sale.

  I purchased them in the week or 2 before Mother's day.
  The items did not arrive then.

  Terms and Conditions say allow up to 3 weeks, I think.
  Items still did not arrive and no communication from the company.

  I contacted them via their Facebook page in week 4.
  They said it was a delay from their supplier.
  I contacted them again to find out when the items would arrive.
  They said, the following week.

  Items did arrive the following week; week 5.

  4 items right; 1 item wrong.

  I contacted Ozsale and they were quick to issue a store credit. They also said if I wanted a refund on credit card instead of store credit to contact them.

  I contacted them via their website as requested. Someone else from their store replied, wanting to know what order and what item had been returned etc. This is despite there being only 1 order on my account and the communication all being in the one place.

  I did get a refund about a week later.

  Note that the refund was for the cost of the item and about half the postage to get it to me, in the first place. But it's only 50c different, they are saying to keep the wrong item and I don't have to return the item to get the refund so I won't pursue the difference.

  But I'll note the potentially slow times, next time, if I consider buying from them again.
