Does anyone use, or heard of pay.com.au
A client of hours wants to use it to pay contractors/ATO etc.
They have around $1m of eligible expenses per year.
This is what I found on the pay.com.au website
On our free base package we charge a 1% fee plus GST for Mastercard transactions, 1.20% plus GST for VISA and 2.10% plus GST for American Express.
Would this be worth it for the points or probably not?
Assuming they pay their credit card bill within the time limit.
How is that related?
With your card calculate the value of the points and see if its above or below the fee. Cards vary on points per dollar and as you did not specify this the calculation is up to you to do.
Pay is relatively new.. pretty barebones
Some affiliation with one of the frequent flyer sites. Yak pay is a better option
depends on the volume, your client can get a tailored processing rates with Pay that could be better than the advertise rate/fees. Always best to ring them up and have a chat to go through the numbers, they seem to go quite hard trying to get people on board at the moment, but their sign up bonus is a bit meh for the average credit card schemer.
