    I've liked all the ones I've tried from you in the past but didn't like the autumn blend. I'll give this one a go though

      Our Autumn Blend was a tad unique with its flavour profile. Our Winter Blend is much more approachable and has been specifically designed to pair with milk on espresso.

      As outlined in my comment above, our Autumn Blend was quite unique and different from the other blends we've run in the past.

      Our Winter Blend is a more traditional style blend, and similar to our Elevate Blend if you were to compare the two.

    The light roasted beans (the Autumn one) post a challenge to me as well. Ended up with pressurized basket, grind Size 1 (Breville smart pro) and 96C brewing temperature, it taste much better now. Still very different from medium or medium-dark roast.
