    I believe they mean that if you use both ports at the same time to draw power the maximum wattage output is 24W on the USB C port (it achieves a 60W output when used alone)

  Got one of these on the previous deal. Something to note - it powers off completely for a few seconds when plugging something additional in. Can't use it for something that needs constant power, like a dashcam, when you're planning on using both ports. Wish I knew this before my purchase. For my use case, would have looked elsewhere.
