          They have to be clipped. The wool just keeps growing. If the shearer is rough they can be cut but they aren’t too unhappy long term.

          Docking and castration, manhandled and without anaesthetic, causes unfathomable pain. People don’t care about people, so why care about sheep?

          Wool growing sheep have been bred to continuously grow hair so must be shorn - they would not exist in nature.

                @AlexF: Funnily enough most sheep do get over having their balls removed. As a general rule they spend their lives standing around a paddock eating grass. They don’t seem to be contemplating the universe wondering where their knackers have gotten to.

                I’ve had both my female cats spayed, because the world doesn’t need a bunch of unwanted kittens if they manage to escape at the wrong time. What I’m not seeing is a wistful look that they are regretting they will never experience motherhood.

    Got one 500GSM.

    Description shows "got slight imperfections such as missed stitch, twisted binding, however these minor faults don't affect the functionality of the quilt, you won't know the difference once quilt is inside the quilt cover.“

        I'll consider it for next winter. Bit pricey for me atm. Also like to have a look in-person to gauge quality for that price. Been burnt a few times on bedding last few years on the expensive side.

    Is this a real deal? Seems very close to ACTUAL retail prices and these have faults…
    Harris Scarfe has 500gsm Queen Size Australian wool doona for 59.95 made in AUS.
    This one is queen size is $49.
    So $10 less for faults and only 30day refund for issues…
