【2K 60fps+1080P 30fps Dual Dash Cam】A129 Plus Duo is the upgraded version of A129 Duo dash cam, front and rear camera shots road ahead at 2560*1440P 60fps and road behind at 1080P 30fps at the same time. Much more details can be easily captured including license plate and signpost. 140° wide angle is enough to cover the whole road and will not distort the image.
【Super Night Vision】Both front and rear camera is loaded with super high quality Sony Sensor which has better night vision than any other sensors. WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology, provide clearer view than most other car cameras in low-light conditions for nighttime driving.
【Built-in Wi-Fi & GPS】By connecting to wifi, you can view real-time video, transmit video, etc. on your phone at any time.. With GPS logger, dash camera can log the current speed and GPS location, also automatically correct the time by synchronizing with the satellite. Timestamp can be embedded in the video. Real-time speed would display on car camera screen in KM/H or MP/H.
【Parking Mode】Parking mode will be able to record events leading up to an impact / motion that has been detected. This is an excellent feature and completes a true parking mode as there can be a lot of vital information in the lead-up to whatever triggered recording. To use parking mode, it is better to buy VIOFO HK3 hardwire cable separately.
【Ideal Choice of Dash Cam】G-sensor, motion detection, auto start/stop, loop recording, time lapse recording, built-in microphone & speaker, mobile APP, support up to 256GB SD card, support optional CPL and Bluetooth remote control, one year warranty. They are good
No, no one has any feedback. No search of previous deals or Google will provide any reviews or feedback. You're out of luck.
I have one, it's great although at night the footage is a little grainy, understandable. Only fault I've found is the unit locks files when there's a shock to the car (presumably so an accident isn't written over) however when I needed footage of a break in the other day I found my SD card full of locked files of me closing the door.
Mate what did the door ever do to you
Give me that $100 deal again please.
I would buy one too at that price, even though I have mobius ones already and don't need an upgrade :)
Even just the front cam at $100 would be ok for me
Any recommended installer in NSW? I am buying for a female relative there who does not have technical skill to do it herself.
The story: she was keeping to the left of a wide lane waiting to turn left. A woman behind inched up and hit her on the rear right bumper. That woman had the nerve to come out and accused my relative that she was squeezing in which was untrue as my relative was in front of her the whole time waiting for a gap in the traffic before turning. Why would you need a dashcam for that, the story they gave and the damage points don't line up?
For future incidents where you encounter people like that disputing facts…with recorded evidence you don’t waste time arguing with loud mouthed Karen’s…
That is one cool story…
Got mine installed at http://toponeauto.com.au/ Wolli Creek
They are super busy so booking is necessary.
the rear camera has interference. DUB radio does not work when turned on. car: Mazda CX5
My rear camera works fine without any interference, haven't test radio. Car:Subaru xv
Try techno radio stations if dub is not working for you
Dum tss dum dum tssss

@MagnamoniousRex: Or 100
Hmm which 128-256gb micro sd card to go with this?
The Samsung pro endurance cards
Have heard that viofo product does not play nice with Sandisk for some reason, haven’t tested but don’t want to risk having an incident and realising that it wasn’t recorded because of an issue
Sandisk used to be king, but Samsung are far better these days. * Anecdotal evidence only
+1 for Samsung Pro Endurance microSD's
I used to run a Sandisk endurance on my blackvue dashcam and would randomly keep rebooting mid drive or just stop recording. Tried another and same deal.
Switched over to a Samsung Evo Plus card and ran flawlessly, so upgraded to the Pro endrance and has been running for a year no issues
Yeah, I have the 129pro and my Sandisk 256 high endurance is only showing me a black recording. Not sure how long this has been going on for as I haven't checked any recording for at least a couple of months. It worked fine initially. I'll have a look into it as I may have pressed something on the dashcam and stuffed something up. Might reformat the card too.
This is good to know as I bought the same card but in 128gb for both my 129 pro and the wife’s 129 duo. Only had them a couple of weeks but hadn’t noticed any issues so far.
Have read doing a complete long reformat to fat32 fixes it. Until the next time I guess.
Thanks OP. Grabbed one
If you don't get the "lightning deal" for $195.50, get the standard deal for… $150.
So, um. What?

Brand new seller with no history or feedback. I'm a little concerned, but with Amazon + credit card protection, I'm less worried.
How did you go with your order frichle? Mine was delivered today but not to me. Tracking shows it delivered to Melbourne when I am in QLD. Was too good to be true I guess :/
@quarkz: Uh.. I'm glad I checked. Apparently it was delivered in June 9th.
…I haven't gotten it.
Just checked WTH is going on. Left from Melb on the 8th of June from Melb.
Delivered at 2:49am (?!?!) on the 9th of June in Melbourne.
I live in Perth.
Looks like same issue.
@PeppaPigDidNthngWrng: Yep exact same time for mine too. Say it's the same tracking number. I've put in a refund request with Amazon so should be no problems. Just baffles me why someone would bother faking it?
@quarkz: Because they list it as delivered, you can't just "request a refund", so it has to go through Amazon, and have to wait for them to reply, etc.
Their entire store is deleted: https://www.amazon.com.au/s?me=A85FM6GDWP09I&marketplaceID=A…
My guess is they're cutting and running, meaning they'll keep the money and Amazon will be stuck with the bill.
AAnd we didn't get a $150, or $196 dashcam.
@quarkz: Oh, there's a new fake store to replace them:
$169.99 for the same Dashcam:

Worth keeping in mind that if something goes won't with the camera after 30 days good luck getting help from a noname/unofficial seller.
@reactor-au: Not so much fussed about that as long as you buy through Amazon and with a credit card - especially if you have shoppers protection on it.
Never pay for anything online (or every, anywhere really) with a debit card.
But you're right: it's unlikely the seller will do anything. I've found that out a couple times now.
longer wait it seems, i think lightning deals is Au stock and regular is UK stock
but thanks, my car arrives after the shipping for the cam which is perfectDifferent seller too
Heh, 1 day/overnight vs 1 week. Fair call.
I cancelled my original order and purchased this one. Has already shipped with DHL tracking shows coming from Melbourne for delivery on 10th to Qld.
Do I really need to buy VIOFO HK3-C Acc Hardwire Kit to use parking mode?
Do you guys have recommended installer in Melbourne?
ThanksSame question.
I thought this was still the old micro USB? USB c for the newer models?

I guess this one should be the right one to buy?
Any feedback on this one?
Thanks
