According to some users online the EFM Toledo is a clone of the Miatone (Toledo sold in the US) which is a clone of the JBL speaker of similar size, so apparently they are all based on the same internal design and sound quality should be the same.
I am not sure exactly which JBL speaker it is a clone of, I am thinking the JBL Flip 4 which used Bluetooth 4.2 and were around $80~$100.
I didn't buy this one so I don't have much to say about it. According to the online user manual it is Bluetooth 4.2, 16W output, 18.5cm in height and has 2 years warranty. Package contents are Speaker + Aux cable + USB cable, doesn't list USB charger.
