    Website is indeed playing funny buggers, I too couldn't use my paypal. I also couldnt change my address or do any other account maintenence. I think they are going through a website rejig right now.

    For what it's worth I've used them plenty of times with no trouble, all with a credit card before. Have a bit of a google about and you'll find it's a commonly used website. I used it a lot prior to discovering zavvi, many others did too.
