The Samsung phones would be safe as they accept up to 45W & slow down if not compliant.

Is PPS just for Samsung devices? Is that the feature to get 0-50% in 30mins for compatible devices?

Galaxy phones can charge faster with 45W & I believe can handle Heymix small variation.
Vivo iQOO 7 holds the title of the fastest charging phone with included 120W ultrafast charging speeds & 4,000mAh battery recharge from 0-100% in just 18 min.
Xiaomi 11T Pro also comes with 120W fast charger & takes 25 min to full.
Galaxy S21 Ultra takes about 1h 5min full charge, while iPhone 13 Pro Max takes 2h with Apple's extra 20W adapter, way behind the speeds of other brands out of China.
