Pretty nice cracker for the original flavour. Haven't tried this yet but seems good according to review.

Cheap as chips

  • I always thought it was called wong wong. Guess that's only because it's how it was said on TVB ads.

    • I always thought it was One One :(
Actually, I just Googled it, and there's a product called One One. Not sure which brand is the legacy/original one

      • Want Want is the OG, founded 60 years ago

    • Different pronunciation between Cantonese and Mandarin.

    • It is called wong wong

  • Made in China vs the other lines of this brand some of which made in Taiwan.

Pretty good that Amazon doesn't have a minimum quantity.

    • I often buy the original flavour n the cheese ones. from my experience, the large packs are made in China n smaller/standard packs are made in Taiwan. (so usually I buy the smaller packs only.) I guess the same should apply to this sweet potato flavour? tho I bought from Asian groceries not from Amazon…

  • Tasty though sweeter and saltier than the original flavour.

Big fan of these, my only gripe is the excessive use of plastics. I can easily go through 4-5 little packs of 2 crackers in one go, if only they pack them in bigger packs (maybe 4 in each pack).

    want what??

  • Bought some in Feb and march. It's a little "dusty" for the kids so we haven't eaten that much. But I opened one recently and found it was a little stale so don't think they last that long

    • Ok just wondering what the fallback is from buying from this seller, if it doesn't get delivered you get your money back, but if it does then its a pretty good deal?

  • For anyone who wants the original, I just bought a big bag of 520g for $5.8. It’s the first result when you search for rice cracker.

Its making rice crackers, not building rocket engines. Wont be much difference. Anyways most people have already ordered.

        • They don’t taste the same nothing to do with rockets

Also it is in most major Chinese grocery stores. Especially Taiwanese Asian stores (they are getting fewer now as the new generation in Australia tend not to open these stores).

      • +1

Have not seen Taiwanese grocer ever.

        • Which city are you in?

  • No more :(

  • +1

    That ingredients list O_O

  • anyone ever noticed how these things (even at a discount!) are so expensive per Kg?!

    • Try comparing with anything with "salted egg york" in title lol
