        @WinstonWithAY: You don’t need any existing service. If you have a Telstra ID/Account from any previous Telstra service you had in past, you can simply use those credentials to log in to Telstra Account and purchase device and choose to pay outright.

  They won't match, as to attain this deal from Telstra you need to have Telstra account which JB considers as Membership. Tried and failed :-(
