I'll get a discussion going among the mods, about what can we do, to get lingerie deals viewable only by those who think they can view them (ie not at work, unless say you actually worked at a lingerie retailer or something)
You could eventually to do something like have an "18+" flag on certain deals, which would only then be visible by registered members with a valid birthdate.
This will mean that certain deals won't be visible to the general public, however the same deals will be visible to those members who claim to be over 18 and the rep won't therefore have to specially censor their site.
