[PC, Steam] Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Royal Edition $14.19 @ Fanatical

200

Steam Page (Very Positive, 69,608 reviews)

One of the most historically accurate and detailed medieval RPGs ever made.

You're Henry, the son of a blacksmith. Thrust into a raging civil war, you watch helplessly as invaders storm your village and slaughter your friends and family. Narrowly escaping the brutal attack, you grab your sword to fight back. Avenge the death of your parents and help repel the invading forces!

Includes the base game with all released DLCs. You are just one insignificant among the townsfolk. You start from the very bottom. Plunged into Bohemia, a place with its own problems and ambitions; it does not wish to concern itself with you.

      Henry's come to visit us!

it's refreshing how useless Henry is at battle at the beginning of the game..

      • Tomb Raider reboot made a big deal of how freaked out Lara was killing for the first time and then 5 minutes later you're gunning down 50 guys at a time. I appreciate when games bring a little bit of realism.

Unless I'm mistaken, it looks like for once you can get the DLC cheaper than buying the entire thing if you already own the base game (although not right at this moment). You may already have the base game for free* from Epic or from one of many times it's been bundled. The Royal DLC Package has been as low as $11.58 at the Humble Store/Steam or $9.89 on Gog if you already bought the base game there. I think I'll wait and see if I can get the DLC package cheaper at the Humble Store with Choice additional discount.

Edit: The Royal DLC is currently $11.99 on Epic.

If somehow you don't have the base game then this is an awesome deal. The base game has been bundled many times though, at least 10 times according to ITAD.

    • Does anyone know if Epic DLC will work on Steam base game?
If not - is the DLC buying the game again with this deal?

For your first question, I would tentatively say no. Some games you can mix and match but for the most part you can't.

For your second question, apparently this comes as one key (someone on reddit just bought this and claimed as such) so you can't even just give away the base game to someone else.
