the beef ribs is overall good. Tried Hurricane's Grill and Pancakes on the Rocks before but not as good as R&B

I received the R&B email advertising this promotion.
Code valid Monday - Thursday. The email does not include any terms that the code is only valid for orders over $60, so sounds like false advertising to add additional restrictions that were not communicated.
Issue with retailer: Sent advertisement email showing 40% off with no terms or conditions.
Was turned away and told it needs to be more than $60.
Misleading.
I managed to make an order before they updated terms. Picked up a burger and the pork ribs pack for around $26 total. Bargain.and very tasty..
Whilst collecting my order a call came in and the staff there was saying no I'm not aware of any 40% off deal lol

FYI, it looks like the code still works for orders > $60 after discount ($100 before discount).
At least it does for me when I click through up to payment page.

when you click on the link from the promo email you get a page which states "Please be aware that Thank You offer is only available to the first 100 orders from the 30/5/2022 - 02/06/2022".
So I would say that it is expired due to those 100 orders being fulfilled now

I sent them back the email I received that didn’t have any disclaimer or terms and conditions, then they still stated bad luck and refer to terms and condition in a new link… that wasn’t referred to in there email at all?
Let’s be honest here, I don’t need it or want to sound ungrateful or privileged etc. but there really should be some sort of accountability for this sort of bait and switching type behaviour? Especially when you plan dinners with the family and all are looking forward to it.
(First world problems.. I know but is there any government regulation or review of things like this when you have legitimately received an offer and it’s been pulled?
Was gonna order some food from these guys tonight but I guess I won’t be touching them from now on given the many dodgy practices described in the comments. Poor form.
