Several Razer items have a stacking 15% discount and have already been posted, but I didn't see mention of this one, and the discount is pretty significant.

What's your use case to need one of these? Take a thin and light laptop to work/uni but be able to game/do GPU related tasks at home?
That or you have a laptop and multiple 4k / 120hz monitors and don't want the graphics load to be pushed to CPU / onboard GPU.
Ah got it, appreciate the answer!
Wow thats such a first world problem thing. Don't wanna load the igpu so I'll spend $500 on an egpu.
Here I am running a 6th gen ULV ultra book with 2x 1440p and a 1080p display making it idle at 30%.
Can this use Laptop screen instead? Thinking to upgrade the GPU instead of buy a new laptop.
Laptops (need a TB port though) but specifically, I bought one so my daughter could game on her iMac desktop (also has a TB port).
Is the core x chroma better or just has flashy lights?
Has multiple USB ports so can be used as a hub.
700w PSU standard in the Chroma too vs 650w in the Core X.
Good price - I bought the Core X Chroma because of the larger PSU and assumed it couldn't be upgraded but apparently it can simply be swapped out. Based on that, the Core X for $387.60 is a bargain. I just sold my Chroma for $350 (got lucky - was nearly ready to let it go for sub $300) so just be prepared to lose a lot on these.
