  Just bought something, and the rate seems incorrect. The pending amount is only 20% of the order(didn't reach the cap). Will wait 48 hrs to see if they rectify it.

        Just an update that this is indeed a known issue, there's been a problem with the info we have received attached to these order that is affecting tracking. So sorry for any frustration here! We are working on getting this fixed up, at which point the cashback should automatically be upped to the correct amount. I don't have an ETA yet, but will keep you updated here as soon as I learn more.

        📢 Rest assured as the correct Cashback amount of 40%, capped at $40 will reflect accordingly to your "Available By" date on your "Cashback Overview".
