$99 for two robes and 2 towels. Wow that’s cheap. I paid $100 for just one robe.

  • Price showing $279.99 now for members so must have been corrected, plus no option to choose a size.

Ah damn too good to be true. Expecting a cancelled order then

  • I am after a full length robe if anyone knows any

    • Hope mine doesn't get cancelled!

  • Yep, showing $279 for me too!

  • Yer, just signed up and tried, $279

  • Hmm I got a confirmation email, lets see if it goes through

    • Order cancelled.

      • Yup got my refund email

All orders are being cancelled. Inundate them with response emails to cancellation email saying that you are entitled to the advertised offer and they must honour it or you will complain to Fair trading or ACCC. They will then honour the offer

    • ACCC doesn't agree - stores don't need to honour pricing errors.

      • They reinstated my order.. maybe goodwill

        • Certainly not under ACL!

          • @INFIDEL: Once again, as stated. Probably a goodwill gesture…

            • +1

@Jamesk811: Yes - saw that. But threatening a business to get what you want is nothing to do with "goodwill".
ACL covers deliberate deceptive conduct by retailer, not pricing errors.

@INFIDEL: Wow!! Pipe down mate. When did I say I threatened anyone? You obviously have no idea what your talking about or any idea what goodwill is. I didn’t force them to reinstate my order, I just politely reminded them what an inconvenience it was being offered a price for something and placing the order only to find out later it was an error on their end and they happily let the order go through. Stop making stories up saying I threatened them…

                • @Jamesk811: You were the one who claimed entitlement, inundation of the business with complains,…

You were never "entitled to the advertised offer" under contract law.

                  • @INFIDEL: You have no idea mate. I’m done with you and this conversation.

                      @Jamesk811: Fine with me😊
I've got no time for entitled bullies!

                      It's Australian Consumer Law!
Your approach just makes it harder for people with genuine grievances.

And under contract law, the transaction is not finalised until you receive the goods! They can still cancel until then, their choice.

Post a photo wearing your gown😉

Am happy to have saved $99😊
