but then we need to use ubisoft launcher right if purchased on epic games store does it also launch ubisoft launcher
Yes all Ubisoft games eventually go via Ubisoft launcher.
If you have it set to auto sign-in the launch process from Epic is pretty seamless though.
Damn, that's cheaper. I quickly checked the Ubisoft store before buying and it came up as "Standard edition from $60" in the search box drop-down. Didn't click through to the product page where it comes up discounted. Ahhh :(
