Not all discount codes works. I tried the Samsung estore code on gov portal and it didn't work but the $50 newsletter sign up offer one did.
Still waiting on my refund for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4. Requested cancellation on the 17th March.
Contact them via Facebook messenger to Samsung Australia. Same issue with me 2 months and no refund on my S21 Ultra 512GB. I keep contacting multiple time to Samsung e-commerce department on the phone, no results for 3 weeks and Samsung Australia FB messenger got the refund for me within 1 week.
@Raiden22: Thank you so much for your advice. I will contact them via Facebook messenger tomorrow morning. Have spent countless waiting on hold, speaking to Samsung agents on the phone and conversing with agents online.
Have they sent you a return label? I have requested 3 weeks ago and all they kept saying i will receive them within 3 business days but nothing came through up until today =.=
I cancelled my order before it was processed and sent. Was told by Samsung that the refund would be provided within 3-5 business days. Still waiting….
Is there any bonus trade in deal for giv programs?
They have trade in but I'm not sure if there is a bonus trade in deal. Someone might be able to confirm this. I can't trade in because my S10+ screen broke right outside of the 24 months warranty period so I can't trade it in.

Did your order status ever change from 'Processing' with Samsung before it arrived? Mine is still at processing and I'm wondering if it will just suddenly appear.

I did get confirmation from the chat bot that the $100 voucher will not work on EPP or Govt portal. Maybe it will work on the EDU version.
