Also, it's nearly $3 per serve when the four main ingredients are the most common ones found in pre-workout supps.

Out of interest, what's the ingredient to "help fight muscle fatigue"? Muscle fatigue experienced during anaerobic exercise is due to the Krebs cycle, but your product doesn't include any creatine to help supplement ATP levels in the muscle.

Bulk Nutrients sell their pre-workout at nearly $1 per serve with almost exactly the same profile. https://www.bulknutrients.com.au/products/pre-workout-101

Seems horribly overpriced even with the $5 discount.

          • @CommanderCrumbcake: I agree it's massively overpriced but bulk nutrients is a pretty weak comparison. Not near the same profile at all. The only thing really comparable is the caffeine.

          • +1

@CommanderCrumbcake: Bulk nutrition pre workout ingredients is pretty useless and cheap. They only used citrulline malate.

            • @JJkx: What do you recommend for a pre workout? I miss my DS Craze.

              • @CommanderCrumbcake: I am using myprotein the pump (caffeine free)
contains beta alannie 3.2gr(i still added more beta alannine on side), L-citrulline 6gr per serve.
L citrulline kick in faster than citrulline malate.

I don’t suggest myprotein “the pre workout” this product is under dose.

If you have unlimited budget, “gorilla mode” is the max dose preworkout at the market. The price $96/40 serving in amazon.
Other option is this https://www.htltsupps.com/collections/preworkout . The shipping fee is huge, unfortunately.

I just checked bulk nutrition 101 pre workout, they are using malate and still under dose (less than 3gr/serving). Beta alanine 1gr.
2022 pre workout contains BCAA ?.
The only good thing just caffeine 272mg.

How long have u using this (bulk nutrition)? Basically this just selling you caffeine in powder.

                • @JJkx: @jjkx: have heard about The Curse ?
I am thinking to buy either curse or disorder,
Which one do you recommend in budget pre workout ?

                  • +1

                    @Johncena1: Please don’t buy both.

The curse is just proprietary blend (the worst blend).

                    Disorder is just caffeine powder.

Go with myprotein the pump + espresso + added beta alanine (if you need caffeine)

It’s $50 but they always give 40-50% off sometimes. At the moment only 35%. Also you can claim Cashrewards. So this is still cheapest pump prework out.

@JJkx: Thanks for the suggestions, I'll look into them.

I've been using Bulk Nutrients for about two years now. I only half dose to keep the caffeine down, but it looks like it's under-dosed in a couple of key ingredients.

                  I'll check out Gorilla Mode.

I miss the days of PWOs like Jack3D and Craze.

                  • @CommanderCrumbcake: Not just couple of ingredients, in my opinion all of those ingredients under dose.

If you dig more deeper about BN, and not aware. Their WPI also contains amino spike. Which means more profit for them, and customers buying useless amino.

Guess how much amino acid in their WPI? About half serve / serving just amino.

                    https://www.bulknutrients.com.au/products/whey-protein-isola…

Scroll down to bottom page and see their amino contains.
