100% avoid after the debacle of their Australia Day sale. Orders were not shipped. They ignored emails asking for updates. Deleted comments from Facebook and Instagram. Turned off commenting including, ironically, on posts asking for feedback. Appreciate that COVID was hitting hard, but if you can turn off comments and delete them, you could have made a post about the delays.
Such a shame as I'd had 2 good orders previously. Ended up having to do a credit card charge back.
