Special Terms
Cashback is eligible for customers buying a new service (SIM) & new sign-ups (new customers). Cashback is ineligible on recharges to existing services.
Cashback is limited to two prepaid services per member per month, provided they are purchased across separate transactions. Cashback is paid on only one plan/item per order/transaction, regardless of the number of plans/items purchased on that order/transaction.
Service must be activated within 30 days of purchase and remain active for 30 days to be eligible for cashback.
Cashback is ineligible if sale is cancelled, withdrawn, changed, refunded.

      Ordered on 7th, finally received the SIM card today

  • Waited 7 days and it still hasn't tracked. Attempted to submit an query and kept receiving this notification:

    "We’re sorry.
    Unfortunately we couldn’t process your support enquiry at this time. Please try again, or contact Member Services"

    When I go through member services it sends me back to Click History…

    Anyone else having the same issue?

  • Have your SIMS arrived. Mine hasn't (Sydney).

    • Nothing in mailbox today - Sydney metro.

  • I received the Order Confirmation email immediately after ordering on 8 May.
    The shipment email with subject: Your order WM083XXXXXX is on it's way still has not come through to this day.

    Has anyone else had the same experience?

    I know there are delays with AUSPOST deliveries at the moment, but WW Mobile at least tell you when they ship the SIM.

      Actually, now that I think about it. My last Woolies Mobile Sim did take 2 weeks so not quick. I haven't received my Shipped Notification yet but assume will be soon as ordered on the 8th as well. Will give it a couple of more days.

    Ordered late on 8 May, arrived today. That's a standard delivery timeframe for Perth.

    Hey guys, an update as promised. For those subscribed to this thread, effective 6pm AEST 17/05/22, eSIMs purchased via Woolworths Mobile & Cashrewards are now eligible for cashback as per the standard table of rates. Thanks.

  • Still haven't receive the sim

    • Likewise: Time for me to call and ask them about this as I would have expected it to be shipped by now regardless of knowing that they are slow and usually ship 10 days after ordering (Past purchases at least).

      UPDATED: Don't bother calling 1300 101 234 #5 and going through to Orders as that only tells you that it is shipped by Aust Post and delivery takes 10-15days. It then hangs up with no options to speak to anyone (very annoying). I'll wait until Mon and then try ask via Chat. Although 15 business days would not be until 27th May if ordered on 7th May.

  • Has anyone experienced an issue that CR doesn't track this purchase?
    Mine was not tracked and now got CR to step in and raise the tracking manually. Did the transaction on desktop with a clean browser without any ADblockers installed.

      Just cancelled mine as still no shipping notification. Wow, it was so hard to get through to them. Wasted over 2.0 hours on phone in queue, 1 call last week and another today (only to have both calls time out). I eventually got through to CHAT (30 mins on hold there) and another 20mins sorting cancellation.

      Good luck to anyone using their mobile service and if you have issues. Their CS if atrocious trying to get through to speak to somebody. I will avoid future deals myself.

  • arrived after a while but just tried to activate and getting this error "The SIM number you have entered is invalid or already used. Please check the number and try again."
