You can always stick it on a full frame camera and crop in - it will act as the equivalent (I think) of a f/2.14 24.5mm full frame lens.
That'd defeat the purpose of a wide angle and my current zoom is currently 28mm F/2.8
So not the most useful given my current lens.
That's fair enough, although f/2 (rounding down) is a full stop different.
Digidirect had an eBay sale, not sure if it is still on but it was 20pc off and you could get some Sigma f/1.4 lenses etc through the sale.
Checked $550 after discount there but grabbed one from Amazon at $324 before expired
