How to Cancel Dell eBay Order?

I recently bought a 2k monitor from directly from Dell and they just didn't post it for like 20 days. So then I contact them and only then do they actually tell me what's going on. Apparently they sold too many. So they give me a order number showing the monitor is still being made, it doesn't even exist yet :/ . So I wait another 10 days and I just decided to cancel but ebay says "it's too late to cancel". Is there anything I can do to cancel? Unfortunately I paid with afterpay and I don't think they do disputes like PayPal

  You can message Dell (through eBay) and they should be able to cancel and refund on their end.

  You could put in a dispute with ebay for not delivered (if calling / messaging Dell doesn't work).

  If it's the AW3423DW, you were never going to get it anytime soon, even a month is a pretty early estimate.

  You can definitely get your money back unless it's shipped, I've done the same thing before

  You can reject the delivery when it finally shows up.

  You can request a return when it shows up. Dell is pretty good about returns. I've done both before, but those orders were directly from Dell, not through ebay.

  Never had any issues with dell. I ordered, cancelled, asked them(almost immediately) to cancel the cancellation - they did.

  Another occassion I ordered, cancelled and they refunded straight away.
