    The Refer A Friend Promotion commences 10:00 AEST on 26 April 2022 and ends at 23:59 AEST on 29 April 2022. This period of time between the Opening Time and the Closing Time is referred to in these terms as the Promotion Term.

  Been a long time supporter of Cashrewards, with NO issues in general with tracking etc. but their referral system has never worked for me. I know for certain that all the conditions were met by the family and friends I referred (I was sitting alongside them, and in some cases they purchased the first items for me). It was quite a while ago, but try and see if you can retain evidence to chase this up with CR.

    Hi Mojorisin2016,
    Sitting alongside the person you referred would almost certainly be one of the flags our refer-a-friend provider (Talkable) picks up on as it would identify same PC or same IP address and assume self referral against terms. If this happens, all you need to do is reach out to me/us and we'll look at each case on its merits for you. : )

      Is this a new check that Talkable put in place?

      This would mean that immediate family members within the same household (on the same network/LAN) will not be successful with the referral process, even if genuine.

      EDIT: I wrongly assumed CR referral T&Cs would be similar to SB. I now see that CR does not allow referrals within the same household. Highly restrictive, IMHO.
