    Nope. They don't let you not return your old device. They will charge back the 400$

      No they won’t, never had an issue not returning old device, you just get charged whatever they valued your device, unless something has changed can you point it out?

        Try doing it again. I tried it yesterday. They charge the phone amount to the card and block it until you return the device. If not they charge that amount plus 60$.
        In addition they charge the 400$ discount and voucher credits applied during the purchase of the new phone unless you return the new phone. They only say this when you enter the trade up code. I cancelled my transaction.

          @samsal46: I know they charge the phone trade in amount, the $60 though it was mentioned last time, was never charged, the $400 pretty sure you dont get charged as that bonus comes from samsung & no mention in the terms, unless thats showing on the app now that "you will be charged $400 for non return?", here's the terms:

          5.5 Within seven days after the date on which You receive Your New Samsung Device, You must
          return Your Existing Device to Us in accordance with the return instructions set out in clause 8.2
          of these Terms and Conditions.
          5.6 If You:
          (a) fail to return Your Existing Device to Us within seven days after the date on which You
          receive Your New Samsung Device, You may be charged a Device Non-Return Fee and a
          Device Non-Return Administration Fee in accordance with clause 6.2(a) below; or
          (b) return a device to Us that is an In-eligible Device, You may be charged an In-eligible
          Device Fee in accordance with clause 6.2(b) below; or
          (c) return a Mis-Graded Device, You may be charged a Mis-Grading Fee in accordance with
          clause 6.2(c) below.

          6. INFORMATION ABOUT PRICING
             6.1 You will need to use a valid Payment Card to purchase Your New Samsung Device Online.
             6.2 You authorize Us to charge Your Payment Card:

  Get the S22+, its not that much bigger in size, but the extra battery capacity is essential especially if planning to use for next 3+ years

  You can get both the $100 GC and Case

  Steps:

  Cick the "Add both to cart" under the GC bonus
  Click the "Add both to cart" under the case bonus
  You will see that you have 4 items in your cart, 2x for the phone
  Delete 1 qty for the phone
  Click proceed to checkout
  You will see that the Bonus GC and case will not be included in the final price.
