MacBook Air M1 Hub with HDMI 60hz, Audio, USB-a and Pass through

Does anyone know of hub/dock that can power a MacBook air m1 and has a HDMI at 60hz (most are only 30hz) would like an optical to my speakers but aux will work? and one USB-A slot will connect to the monitor with more USB ports. I have a cheap 9 in 1 hub but constantly not working.

the apple multimedia adaptor is close but no audio and a caldigit/OWC alternative seem overkill for requirement, any recommendation is much appreciated, I just hear horror stories about the cheap stuff on amazon/ebay such as what I am suffering now, luckily no damage to laptop.

Don't understand your question re: Optical/AUX. The headphone jack on the Air itself won't suffice? I use a Thunderbolt DAC personally.

    I think they all get pretty warm, but haven't noticed this one as super hot. Can touch it and hold my hand there comfortably enough.

DisplayLink hubs are always the most accurate and handle multiple monitors really well. You do need to install the MacOS app and have it running in the background, but for an extra 2 monitors on your MacBook it's worth it. I can vouch for the Dell and HP docks.

I have this displayport dock below and my brother's M1 air can do 3440x1440 @144hz on it! It should be able to do 4k 60 easy. Both HDMI and displayport carry an audio signal, just use the aux out on your display to grab the audio.

You might need a displayport to HDMI adapter if you only have an HDMI port on your display.

1 thing to note, because of the high bandwidth of the displayport, USB is only USB 2 and the ethernet is 100mbps
