Wow what. Woolies upped theirs to 7 bucks.
(Never mind, Its spiced not original)

  • Where's it made? No mention of Australia on Coles/Plumrose website.

    • USA

  • How does this compare to SPAM brand? Usually buy that when on sale

    • Not as good as Spam when fried. It tastes sorta 'powdery'.

Never really noticed any difference between the two; whichever one's cheaper, I'll buy.

  • similiar, havent seen half priced spam for a while.

I don't like the idea of it. Maybe for camping when you have no fridge?

You bring a can opener? No? Then don't knock it, it's got it's own key.

    Premium quality?! 😬

Not as good as Spam unfortunately in terms of taste.

    • Never had problems with it's taste, maybe because I have it more than the original SPAM. Doesn't taste too far off though, right?

I love this stuff. Could people post this as this goes on special

  • Was $2.30 1/2 price. Thanks, inflation!

  • Thanks op. Picked up 3 cans

I love to use it to make ham salad and ham & potato hash. There's also this recipe for baked ham/potato cups with egg inside— yum! I use more ham than they show and it still turns out amazing.

  • I think the Aldi version is usually $2.99.
