Make sure you are very careful during installation and carefully inspect the backing plate before installation. I was quite careful, using a screwdriver rather than driver/drill but I noticed the day after installing that the tab the screw uses to hold the backing plate to the wall is already cracked in two places.
I've contacted support to see whether a replacement is available as it looks to be a manufacturing fault, but it being plastic and on the outside of the house it's not a great design to begin with.
Supercheap has 20-50% off this weekend. Might end up cheaper from tomorrow.
