According to the price tracker, $14.99 is the lowest historical price. No doubt due to the rising popularity of Elden Ring Bandai Namco decided it was time to significantly lower the price.

It's a souls-like copycat with lower difficulty And instead of being a maidenless tarnished at the start of the game you do get a waifu (or husbando AI co-op partner) to accompany you throughout the game.

Offer ends 16 April. The Season Pass for this game is also half price at $19.97 which is rated "Mostly Negative". Probably don't buy that.
