  • Damn I just missed out. They took the site down just as I added to my basket.

    • same! i saw the discount disappear before my very eyes… so close!

      • weird I just tested a cart full of 8 dozen and made it to the payment page for $52.16. The site might just be overloaded with traffic and is struggling to cope

      • Okay you can refresh page and try to get a step further. Can confirm it actually did end up working.

        • HOMG it worked! LOL. this will be hilarious if it goes through.

  • How soon do you guys receive the confirmation email?

    • almost immediately
though I got in relatively early

      • I saw the order id after checking out, but my email box doesn't receive anything. Something wrong?

        • maybe their backend system can't handle the volume of orders
would have to wait and see

        • Yea same
          Paypal confirmation of payment

  • they have fixed the price, im too late :(

    • +1

no they haven't, read the post, i just ordered.

  • man, some colleagues and I were going to get some (at $12/doz) for the office tomorrow, but now we can't order any at all - you pick a collection date and no time option comes up, just "Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time"

    • Apparently you need to order by 5pm for next day delivery. Try Thursday

  • finally worked for me after trying for 30mins lol

    • +5

Cost of donuts, $13 + 30 mins of your life ordering it plus 30 mins of your life for pickup.

      • +4

+5 seconds to devour a dozen

      • +2

Plus 30 hours of cardio to work them off

  • Can confirm it still works albeit slow. I've ordered two dozen for $13.04 for pick up.

  • supply might be an issue ……they also need to supply woolies, 7/11 and they are regular customers …..looking at the size of some of the kripsy kreme shops i don’t think they would have the space and if their system can’t get pricing right i doubt it can work out how many donuts they can make an hour and get to stores shelves and adjust the orders ….better be early for you pickups …….

    • +5

I think you underestimate how much KK can supply. They won't have any issues at all supplying this amount. There is a reason why they have at least a 24 hour lead in time for online orders. You also need to consider that not everybody is ordering for pick up straight away.

  • What is the expiration of these?

    • +3

The doughnuts themselves, or the offer?

      • +1

        The doughnuts

        • +2

They go pretty stale after the first day. As others have said, freeze them.

  • made it to the checkout page but it says $52.41 for 3 dozens

    • It says that but if you go through to the next page it goes back to the heavily discounted price.
It may throw up a few error messages throughout the process, but it you persist, it will allow you to get to the payment page.

I got to the payment page, clicked on checkout after entering my CC details and it came up with an error screen. Checked email and the order was confirmed anyway (at the discounted price).

      • thank you for this! the same thing happened to me, i got an error after entering my card details but i received a confirmation email

  • +1

    Wife ordered 4 dozen.
Shows as $12 for 1 dozen or $13 for 2 dozen. Had few issues getting it sorted.
Repeated the steps to order 2 x 2 dozen for $13 each. That's a cool $0.54 per donut

    Click and collect.

We freeze them and the kid loves them.

Cheers, worked for me a couple of hours ago.

It has been a rough couple of weeks at work and I was just thinking today what I could do to bring a little bit of happiness back to the Team - doughnuts will do nicely!

  • Thanks OP, can confirm still working as just bought 3 dozens a few minutes.
Spent around 30 minutes on both laptop and mobile trying to place order (had difficulty after choosing store for C&C), patience paid off…

  • Thanks OP. Ordered 3 dozens in 1 order but got sent 2 emails with different order numbers that shows 3 dozen each. Have I just ordered 6 dozens? PayPal only charged for 3 dozen but I'm not sure if their system is catching up and another charge may come later? Dilemma now…should I pick up 3 or 6? 😅

    • +1

I think one is an order number and one is an invoice number.

      • Oh yes! Thanks for that. The email look almost identical and upon closer look one says Invoice # and another Order #. All good then 😊

    • Same thing happened to me. I wonder if they will cancel both orders.

  • The requested URL was rejected.

For additional information, please contact support and provide this reference ID:

    • i got the same thing, but email confirmation went through, and paypal charged so i figure, all good.

  • +2

This trick seem to have worked for me. Select delivery and enter your details, then select pick up and enter the pick up location. Then just switch between those 2 (delivery and pick up) so it forces a website backend refresh and you may get the Pick up date and then the time option to appear. After a few tries for me it works and the 'Next' button appears. This way you don't have to do a full page refresh that seem to mess up everything.

Disclaimer: Your mileage may of course vary.

    • Thanks, this worked for me. Pick-up Thursday at Mascot (no earlier days).

  • Hope you all get them guys but feel this was a pricing error and they might not honour all orders.

    • +6

You could very well be right. But simply letting a deal pass by without a fight is not the ozbargain way.

    • Then we shame them

    • +3

if you see the machine that pumps these things out, i reckon there's still profit at 55cents a donut.

      • Dont worry bout KK. They are doing fine. There are plenty of people buying them at $3 each to make up for this error.

  • Thanks, finally managed to order 2 dozens for $13.04 to pick up on 14/4/22 from 8am-8pm, got email confirmation straightaway.

  • The scary part is that 3 is not the limit. But your stomach does, so don't forget that.

    • the stomach can take it but your blood cant

  • Thanks guys, worked for me. Has anyone tried it with other flavours?

  • +4

It’s reverted back to $12 per dozen

  • +4

    It’s been fixed

  • +4

    Deal Over.

  • just my humble opinion but if you spell it as doughnut then you don't deserve krispykreme

    • So Krispy Kreme don't deserve themselves?

      • They spell it wrong, they're not from this country.

  • +1

My waistline is glad to have missed this deal

  • Yup back to $12 per dozen!

  • +1

Damn it, they fixed it as I was checking out! Srsly who does maintenance at 10pm, oh well saved $13 and time!

    • I was trying this too. Can confirm that it's game over. Who the he'll does maintenance at ten pm… Dang it. You snooze, you lose.

      • +2

A lot of customer facing website do maintenance overnight although 10pm is too early. More likely 2-3am.

Anyway this deal was popular enough that I could easily imagine it reaching someone important in management who'd put in a call to whoever to fix it. Especially since at least in NZ, people were ordering and picking up the same day earlier. But also, the website (and probably backend) being overloaded for 1-2 hours could easily be enough to trigger an automated alarm to someone in IT of a problem they need to look in to urgently since it's bad for business for your shopping website to be down for that long.

        • Yep, exactly what I thought too. Got a neg from someone for an opinion, gee thanks.
Yep, they were probably waiting for site traffic to die down before they jumped on. I wish I could have been on that email chain. 😅

I still ordered for the kids next door, $12 is still a good deal. 🙂

  • It just changed back to $12

    • That offer was sent by email the other day. It's for 1 dozen and online orders only.

  • just missed out ffs

  • +1

People that tried but missed out….lost 1hr of their lifetime refreshing a donut website.

    • here's a donut shaped coal for your xmas stocking!

  • How did I just miss this deal 🙄😒

    • you'll live at least 1 extra year for it.

  • +1

    Does anyone remember the days,
when there were "zero" Covid cases…
    …those Double Donut days?

    The good ol' Donut days

  • +1

Managed to place an order of 9 Dozens for $58, what a steal! Received confirmation email within a minute of paying and will definitely collect on Thursday at Swanston, Melb CBD

    • +1

Wow. 108 donuts, That's a lot of dough.

      • +5

Browndog is in the Penalty Box for hogging all the donuts…LOL

        • +1

Lol omg is that what actually happened? And why on earth would you have clicked his/her name in the first place to see that he/she is in the penalty box?

          • @ccrap:

why on earth would you have clicked his/her name in the first place to see that he/she is in the penalty box?

            I reported the donut hogging…

            Rule 32, Paragraph 7.

Deep down, I wish they cancel my order.

  • My order is ready for collection.

    • +1

      Today, we'll either hear stories
      of collections or cancellations

  • +2

Anyone already picked up their Donuts to see if they honoured the deal?

    • +9

Lol picked up this morning. Wasn't ready. They had to go out the back, came out with a big stack or paper orders forms they hadn't processed. Oh you ordered the 12$ special.. um yep . They couldn't figure out why so many orders…

  • +11

I picked up my two dozen from Cannington this morning.
    All good.

    • did you get a "ready for collection" email separate from the order confirmation?

      • Yeah.

  • Still no confirmation email from KK yet for me. PayPal payment confirmation email came through right after purchase last night.

    • Are you using gmail? I found that the paypal goes to main inbox, while the invoice and confirmation are in "Promotion" tab.
      Check junk mail may be?

      • I'm using outlook.com and yes I've checked junk mail, still nothing yet. I'm collecting on Friday so hopefully I'll get the email by tomorrow.

        • I too haven't got the email but i paid via Apple Pay.

        • Inbox for outlook and its just an email version of invoice.

  • -7

Why would anyone want to order 3 dozen donuts?

    • Did you miss out!

      • Dodged an artery bullet perhaps…
No krispy kreme outlets in my state, plus I don't eat sweets, I only eat meat, like a real man!

        • Meat? Only liver for Liver King.

    • Share with friends/co-workers

  • Anyone got a "ready for collection " for Liverpool tomorrow ?

    • Not yet!

    • received my confirmation to pickup a few minutes ago

      • Still haven't got ready for collection yet
