Heartsine 500p Defibrillator Bundle with Outdoor Case $2160 Delivered ($2449 Elsewhere) @ DDI Safety

880

Hi all,
Defibrillators are a very competitive market with tight margins. So we’ve worked hard and found a new way to offer more value! All our heavy duty cases, outdoor weatherproof and lockable weatherproof outdoor cabinet bundles have been reduced. This is great if you want to keep your defibrillator in an outdoor area, or have one on the road for a remote worksite.

One example of the deal:
https://ddisafety.com.au/product/heartsine-pad500p-semi-auto…

Our Heartsine Pad500p Defibrillator with a heavy duty case is $2020- as opposed to $2149 on sale elsewhere. With an Outdoor Cabinet it is $2160 as opposed to $2449 on sale elsewhere.

Thanks for reading. This isn’t an industry with huge margins, but I think with these case and cabinet discounts, we will be by far the cheapest option for someone purchasing a defibrillator bundle with a case or outdoor cabinet. All our bundles also include a prep kit, wall life support chart and signage.

  • Title says: Outdoor Case. Details say Outdoor Cabinet / Heavy Duty Case. Which is it? Title description doesn't match website.

    Also:
what's the difference between Heavy Duty Case and Large Heavy Duty Case?

    • My apologies about the title description, will rectify in the future.
The difference between the cases is the size! You can fit a few additional first aid supplies in the large case. I'll try to get more specifics and add it to our site!

  • Saving up for one.

Op what’s the maintenance / servicing need for these?

    • 4yrs replace battery and pads

    • The servicing need is $200 for replacement battery and pads. No tools necessary to do that. These need to be replaced every 4 years.
Heartsine also offer a free replacement battery and pad pack if you use it to treat a verified event.
      So super low maintenance.

I never thought defibrillators could be so sassy!

good to have after all the mrna shots

  • Which one would you recommend if I want to have one handy at home?

    • Hard Case IMO.
You can take it anywhere - ski lodge, weddings, remote camping, etc.

    • I like the hard case, and the 350p/360p is more affordable for home use.

      • What would be the difference between 350p and 500p here?

        • The 500p senses how your cpr is going and gives live feedback. It is like having a paramedic standing over your shoulder telling you to push harder, faster, slower, when needed.

This model is $1500 with only $200 maintenance over 8 years

    Shockingly good deal!

Already got a built in one that cost me nothing

    • Medicare: long running deal

      • Built into my chest pacemaker/ defibrillator, and it's very unnerving when defibrillator goes off went off 13 times before 3d ablation of my heart fixed nerves triggering it. Mines made by St judes even has wifi n Bluetooth.

  • Are you able to retrofit these with the paediatric pads?

We had an incident at work recently, luckily the team members training came rushing back but seeing an adult shock on an infant was not a pretty sight. She's still going through counselling from the incident but the child is ok

    • That sounds traumatic. :-(
Yes additional paediatric pads are available on our website.
Our lifepak models also have a button you can press to deliver a child appropriate shock although still standard sized pads.

  • the product is being sold elsewhere for $1400 with 8 year warranty. So for the box, stickers and pads its about $600?

    • Hi Will,
You may actually be mixed up with our cheaper 350/360p models. They are more affordable, but don't come with CPR reading technology. Our bundles come with signage, life support chart, prep kit, and your choice of cabinet. This model sells on its own for $1860

Any chance somebody can post a deal on Blood Transfusion kits? Can't seem to buy them anywhere.

    • +1

They're in aisle 8 at Bunnings next to the roadside tracheotomy kits.

      • https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_doping common practice in less "developed" (non pharma industry surogates) countries.

Unfortunately I'm in the situation where I need this for normal activity as the COUNTLESS Drs/hematologists I have WASTED my time on, are too incompetent to resolve or even find a root cause for my chronic anemia.

    • The pros like to improvise with a butter knife and cereal bowl.

      • Zip lock bags and meat injecting syringes ;)

  • Just curious - how is it different to this deal? It looks the same but $30 cheaper. https://firstaidkitsaustralia.com.au/medical-supplies/defibr…

    • -1

$30 cheaper? Link shows it at $125 cheaper. Looks like the same product as the post to me.

  • So the difference is,
Our package includes a proper sign, not a sticker, it also includes a life support chart in line with resus council guidelines. That accounts for the $30 difference

Also, the deal in the title is for our outdoor cabinet options. The cabinet included in that post is an indoor cabinet.

  • Having been shocked and shocked others these are life savers..

  • Interested in the 350p semi-auto ….. for in home potential use for adult with constant AF so far with luck it has never been an issue in 15 years!. It appears as it has a normal cost of $1500 and might be more affordable? fancy case not required as would be mounted within a dry cabinet. Any comment on this particular unit?. Thanks.
