Found what looks like a good deal on a 10Gb switch even if it's only two ports. This one is unmanaged but I bought the managed GS110EMX here for $252.70 delivered.
NetGear GS110MX 10-Port Gigabit Unmanaged Network Switch (with 2x 10GB Ports) $237.84 Delivered @ Amazon US via AU

Ooh, you're right. I'll change it.
Still not a bad price for a couple of 10GbE ports!
Out of curiosity, have you heard anything about the QNAP QSW-2104-2T? I bought the GS110EMX thinking it had 8x 2.5Gb as well as the 10Gb ports. Trying to make up my mind which way to go.
@CEO Rachel Jake: Yes! I've actually heard these are very good switches! I totally forgot about this one!

Only 2 ports are pretty useless. You need at least 3 to actually switch at 10G.
This is a bit offtopic, but Linux Tech Tips has quite a bit on ultrafast/carrier grade hardware that home users know little about.
Yeah those MikroTik Switches are very compelling.
I have one, it's great.
Thing that makes this deal not viable for me is that it isn't managed. I need VLANs

Better to get qsw 2104 for more 2.5g ports
Yeah, I ended up changing my order to the QNAP
Mwave has pre-order with the same price https://www.mwave.com.au/product/qnap-qsw21042t-2port-10gbe-…
If you dont want UK adapter and want AU warranty
could always go second hand, i got a 16 port 10gbe (8 rj45 + 8 sfp+) managed cisco for $450
Yes you can but models like yours got significantly large footprint, fan noise and power consumption which may not suitable for soho, just a thought
A little secret is to get old HPE or 3Com switches. They all have advanced replacement lifetime warranties.
My last 48 Port PoE switch I paid $75 had a faulty PSU, was replaced with a brand new HP 5510 switch worth upwards of $5000 a d a Poe budget of 1.4kw lol

Lifetime warranties for select products not transferrable for original purchases made after certain cutoff dates.
I've RMAd many many HPE products that I've purchased off Ebay and Gumtree.
Last month I RMAd 3 Aruba 325 APs.
Just ask for the serials before buying and see if you can add them to your support portal account, even then if you can't you can just say you provide outsourced IT support.
Off topic, but anyone had any experience with these WiTek switches? Apparently they play ok in the UniFi system, and the price point seems great:
Looks like both models have 8 x 1G and 2 x 1G/2.5G/5G/10G
So 8 ports are 1G and only 2 can do 2.5G or 10GB
