Decent motherboard for 10th gen and 11th gen Intel CPU. I reckon it is the all time low even comparing to eBay Afterpay promo before.

Is it WIFI+bluetooth included motherboard?
Nope.
Damn good price - just bought a Gigabyte Aorus Pro board for $130. Was tossing up with this exact board and did heaps of research.
One review suggested that MSI (and Asrock) boards let the cpu get too hot and made it throttle, but I dunno now if that is valid.
Not for me since I am using 10400f :). This board should handle i7 or even i9.

Another advantage is you can use both NVME slots on the board if using 10th Gen.
This is a great review by these guys. Thanks.
I'm using a 11400 btw.
Not sure if you can turn off AVX 512 on this board. If so, it should improve the power consumption significantly. This board can handle 11400f without stress.
I'm using the MSI B560 Torpedo, which is effectively a full atx version of this, with a 11600. I have zero issues with this setup in a high airflow case.
I think you're referring to the VRMs getting too hot (which I recall seeing was an issue putting like an 11900 in some B560s thanks to Hardware Unboxed)?
The short answer is: Should be fine so long as you're not removing power limits and chucking an 11900K in it.
MSI's motherboards are decent if not setting the budget too low. It is not a common case to install i9 into a B560 board. Hardware Unboxing did this just to test the maximum capacity of VRM.
Ah yes you're correct - it was the VRMs when the power limit was raised. This the one:

The Gigabyte board seemed to have more control over temperature which swayed me to buy it. Your board may have been better but was extra $$$
I had a minor issue with my B560M Aorus Pro where a screw on the main M2 slot arrived stuck to the left hand mount. This is the male-female screw that sits between the M2 drive and the M2 heatsink that comes with the motherboard, and needs to be removed before the M2 drive is installed.
I needed a hex socket to unscrew it - pliers and cloth didn't work - just beware lol
Thanks - will look out for that when I finally assemble the PC.
Showing $109 for me …?
